La commission des Affaires étrangères de la Knesset israélienne a appelé le Premier ministre Benjamin Netanyahu à tenir une réunion urgente pour discuter de l’échec de la guerre contre Gaza, soulignant que les objectifs déclarés n’ont pas été atteints et que les décisions récentes pourraient menacer la sécurité stratégique d’Israël. La commission a critiqué l’incapacité à mettre à jour les objectifs de guerre et l’incapacité à restituer 107 membres du Hamas kidnappés, ce qui a accru l’incertitude et la sécurité des citoyens. Il a également exprimé son mécontentement face aux décisions prises sans discussion approfondie, qui pourraient nuire à la sécurité nationale d’Israël.
